William was contract as one of lead designers on the SAO project and worked for the company for several months however was eventually let go due to a conflict of interest however he never lost his passion for the project. he managed to procure a copy of the game after its release and entered the game to see how his work had come along. The game and mechanics where much as he remembered however the lack of a logout button and the threat of death were all things that had not been in the project. he still holds his project close to his heart and despite its dark turn still believes in the game and has devoted his time trapped to helping those in need who still wish to leave. However his desire to help others never overshadows that he himself has left his wife behind in the real world.

After drawing four throwing blades in each hand the user crosses their arms in front of their chest holding the blades fanned out in each hand. The blades begin to glow red as the art is charged, upon being released the user dashes forward throwing the blade out and around the target. Attached to each blade was a thin but sharp wire that can be traces back to users hands, upon reaching the target the user dashes around winding the wire up the quick unpredictable movements make the user hard to hit. once the wire is sufficiently stretched the user pulls it back straightening it out and slicing through the target in the process

Fatal Encounter D-rank
2 ATK, 0 EX, 100% AGI, 200% STR
Standing perpendicular to the target the user holds the unarmed hand out in front and low to the ground to draw attention while drawing and holding their knife behind their back with the blade upside-down. As the art charges the blade glows a pale yellow upon being released the user spins out of the stance slashing the target once as they pass. After the first hit the user flips the blade back around and coming out of the spin lunges forward and stabs the target.

The Fate Breaker C-rank
1 ATK, 0 EX, 200% AGI, 250% STR
The skill charges quickly as such it is activated during a fighting motion drawing either fist back during a punch while the shoulder is 90 degrees from the ribs will cause the fist to glow red. The skill is unleashed when the punch continues through with blinding speed and immense force. Over use of this skill causes rapid degradation of weapon.

The Reaping B-Rank
5 ATK, 3 EX, 125% AGI, 50% STR
Releasing the fate wire from its holdings and letting it drape by the users 5 per hand side standing arms straight down and relaxed. The thread begins to glow red, upon unleashing the skill the user lunges forward and does on full spin letting the wire fly in the process. With a range of 10 meters up to 9 targets within this area are slashed 5 times.
